With our 2 man delivery service – we use our own, friendly drivers that will bring the new sofas into your home, unpack them, and attach the legs if applicable. Unfortunately, we do not remove the packaging.
For some delivery zones we outsource the delivery, again to keep costs down. For these areas we can deliver using a one man pallet service. In these instances we offer a service to your door, so it is advisable to have somebody at home to help you take delivery.
When a delivery has stairs involved we will require a surcharge of £10 per flight of stairs to be added to the delivery price. This is to compensate for the additional time and complexity taken in the delivery.
In some instances windows / radiators and other such obstacles may require removal to ensure a safe environment for the delivery team and an efficient delivery time.
All necessary preparations should be made prior to the delivery teams arrival.

All of the Jali and Rustic ranges of furniture comes ready assembled (excluding items with legs). Most larger items, will be delivered by ourselves. Stock permitting, these items are delivered within 10 working days!

For delivery of smaller items such as flat-packed furniture we use Interlink Express.
All consignments are trackable online and parcels are insured during transit.
Please include your mobile telephone number at time of order and we will send you a text message confirming your item has been shipped. You may also follow instructions on the message to arrange a more suitable day to deliver.
The message will also include your unique consignment number which you can use to track the parcel yourself at
