Stairways
If your delivery involves carrying items up stairs, a slight surcharge of £10 per flight may be incurred. Please let us know when placing your order.
Will my new sofas fit?
Our professional two-man team will always try their best to deliver your item into the room of your choice. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask you to pre-measure access into your home and provide a clear passage, removing all items which could hinder delivery.
Most of our sofas will easily fit through a standard doorway of 76cm (30in) however, it becomes extremely difficult to deliver items through areas with narrow passages and hallways.
Failed deliveries
The delivery fee will be retained for all deliveries failed due to insufficient access. Please inform the delivery team at the point of delivery if you wish to return the items to us.
When a specific delivery date is agreed a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. Failing to meet these criteria will result in a re-delivery fee being applied to the order.
Returns
Returning your items within 7 days...
If you're not happy with your new items once they've been delivered, we're willing to come and collect them and issue a refund for the price of the items only. We have to charge a recollection fee equal to your original delivery price and a 15% restocking fee as we're unable to sell these items as new. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returning your items after 7 days...
Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns later than 7 days after your original delivery date.
Flat packed furniture
Our delivery fee does not include the assembly of flat packed furniture, however, we'll happy attach the feet to your new sofas if applicable.
Smaller items
For smaller items of furniture, we use a well-respected courier company. All packages are trackable and insured during transit.
