Just wanted to drop you a line to compliment yourselves. Sofas turned up on Friday having only been ordered on the monday. The quality of the leather sofa is very good and the level of packaging that they were contained in was exceptional. Having worked in logistics I am very familiar with the damage that can be caused in transit of goods and I believe the quality of the packaging on the leather suites was of a standard that guaranteed the goods not being damaged.

The leather sofas are comfortable and the overall level of service was first class. Just wanted to feed back as credit where credit is due. Should we need furniture again in the future you will be at the top of my list for people to check.

Hi there, I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the two piece leather sofa's I ordered from you a year and a half ago. After looking in all the major stores we decided to go with your Torino set as it was around £200 cheaper and we didn't have to wait 6 weeks to receive it,your write up also said top quality leather (many of the one's we looked at in the shops were only standard leather which doesn't take much wear). The sofa's were delivered in good time, unwrapped and made ready for use in about half an hour.

We have 6 kids and 3 dogs and over the last 18 months these sofa's have stood up to everything our family has thrown at them(sometimes literally). I am so impressed by the standard of service and the quality of the goods that I have just ordred the Napoli  sofa's for my mum. Well done leather sofaworld and thanks for providing a better service than I can get on the high street .

I would just like to thank everyone at Leather Sofa World for the great service they provided me when i
purchased my new sofa. I needed a sofa 'quick' after being let down, after waiting 6 weeks with another company.

The staff took my order and arranged a next day delivery service to scotland. My sofas came the next day on a pallet. Within 24 hours of orderin my sofa, i was sitting on it in the comfort of my own home.
