DeliveryWe stock all our own items in our warehouses and can deliver these within 7 working days in most situations. You will receive a call from our delivery team to organise the delivery date and time slot a day before delivery. Please make sure we have an accurate phone number and email so we can contact you.
We start our deliveries from approx 6am to make sure we can accurately hit our delivery estimates, deliveries normally finish around 6pm.
Two delivery staff can call you before hand on the day of delivery to give you notice of when they are arriving if needed, please notify the delivery team if you wish to have this added on.
When arriving at your property they will ensure they have adequate access into your property interior to make the delivery as smooth as possible, you might need to remove paintings, lamps or fixtures to ensure the two delivery staff can proceed. As standard two delivery staff members will bring your furniture to the ground floor and the room of your choice unless requested otherwise.
The couriers deliver to the ground floor only, this is a standard service included in your purchase with us. If you require an upper floor delivery there are charges applicable that need to be paid directly to the courier(s)
We always advise that you carefully check all dimensions of your chosen sofa, before purchasing to ensure that your new sofa can fit through any doors, hallways and stairways when delivered. It is not the retailers responsibility if a sofa does not have the necessary access to be delivered safely. We also ask that you let us know of any issues with access that our delivery team may have beforehand.
Many of our sofas will be delivered in separate sections that can be assembled in your home, but not all sofas come in separate sections so please check when ordering.
However, occasions can arise whereby your furniture does not fit when delivered. If we can get into the property but not in the room of choice, this could be left pending alterations to the property or your furniture, this is completely up to you. If not then your furniture will need to be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged for redelivery.
If the order is cancelled as a result of no access to property then a 15% restocking fee for stock items will be charged or 25% for custom made sofas.
As standard, the two delivery staff members will leave the sofas in the protective packaging on the ground floor, they can offer an installation delivery service option which includes;
Assembly of your sofas
Placing your new sofas in your desired room
Eco-friendly recycling of the packaging
We do recommend adding this additional service to your order if you are not comfortable with the assembly of your furniture, this will cost £20 (to be paid cash on the day of the delivery), this time can vary from 5-30 minutes. (please note this service is only available for sofas)
We do not offer to recycle the old furniture you might have, you should contact your local council or a charity of your choosing. The reason we choose not to offer this service is the costs incurred, moving the old furniture out, and the hygiene aspect for our staff members.
Furniture from other brandsWe are proud to hand pick other furniture suppliers in the UK to work with, we work with companies such as NewTrend Concepts, Marinelli Home, Status, Stone International, Buoyant, Lebus, Dreamland Beds, Coach House, Vida Living. Because of the variety of suppliers, lead times can vary for different products.
Standard deliveryWe offer a £40 standard 2 man delivery on our products (delivery will be 7+ days depending on stock availability).
Express deliveryWe offer a £50 5-7 day express delivery service (depending on stock availability) Please call for availability.
For deliveries 200+ miles away from Birmingham a delivery fee is required (call for a quote). This is due to the additional mileage, time needed, maintenance of vehicles and accommodation costs for drivers.
SummaryStandard and Express deliveries are available within 200 miles of Birmingham.
We can deliver to locations over 200 miles from Birmingham, but a delivery charge will be applied, this varies on your location.
Delivery will be booked in after your order is placed (please allow a few days for this, this varies on location )
Failed deliveryOn the rare occasion that you miss your delivery after accepting and confirming your delivery date and time slot, you will be liable to pay up to £150 for the re-delivery of your items, the cost can vary up and down depending on the size and quantity, this is to cover the costs incurred by us having to do two journeys and prolonging other deliveries in that area which could have proceeded.
We reserve the right to cancel orders. Please remember the more remote location may lead to early morning deliveries or longer lead times.
